Butterfly—Orange #1—The BUTTERFLY is loosely portrayed, with paint applied to the canvas, before it is mixed into its final COLOR—known as BROKEN COLOR. The ARTIST used Marbling & Layering effects on the canvas, suggesting movement and energy of the BUTTERFLY. Layers of paint created the brightest, boldest COLORS, something original—An OIL Expression!
